Absolutely Beautiful!!! Amazing how vast our universe is! From our home we are now able to get a closer view at our closest galactic neighbor. Take a few moments to enjoy this enthralling trip into the Andromeda galaxy. So exciting and Wondrous! To remember how tiny even just planet Earth is compared to what is out there in the universe. On January 5th, NASA released an the largest image ever taken (1.5 billion pixels (69,536 x 22,230)) of the Andromeda galaxy, our closest galactic neighbor, captured by the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope. The final image is composed of 411 Hubble images, and takes you through 100 million stars and travels over 40,000 light years!
